Christi visited this house in the middle of July 2008 on behalf of clients and met with the builder and walked through the home. The home is on a no-through street.  He currently has two homes built and sold and has 4 more homesites to build on.  His personal home is at the end of the street and he said both home owners would be more than delighted to show off their homes to you if you wish to see a completed project. 
 
The layout:
The home is set up like a modern day split level home with an arts and crafts style.  If you enter the home through the extra long 2 car garage, you will walk into the bottom level. This level has a large bonus area with a full bath, laundry room and a room that could be a bedroom but I think an office space probably because of its size.  There is also a storage closet under the stairs.  On the main level, there is a dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room area with fireplace and built-ins.  There is a patio area off of the kitchen nook.  The neighbor had this area screened in so he built with the expectation that someone might request it.  There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, including the master, and two full baths.  The bedrooms are not huge but definitely do-able. I asked him if the two additional bedrooms on the main floor could be converted to one and he said yes that the middle wall is not a load bearing wall.

  • Built-ins to the left of the fireplace and wood mantle around the FP

  • Central Vac
  • He will put up a fence along the back of the property as he has done with the neighbors
