Catawba Falls Preserve is a residential gated community of 220 home sites. All construction of roads and utilities (underground electric and telephone) are completed. The homeowners control the association and the annual dues in 2010 were $550. There is no central water or sewer, so wells and septic systems are required. There is no natural gas or cable in this area so it is not available. Internet service is available via DSL.
All homes must have a minimum of 1800 sq. ft. of living space, and there is no time requirement on when a home must be started or completed.
