Rowena brings ten years of management consultancy background to running PPG @KW. She lists homes for PPG, and looks after Residential, Commercial, and land listings across a wide geographic base.  She is often asked to co-market properties in areas across the US using PPG's innovative marketing techniques.  Rowena has consulted with household names working at Board level, as well as forming her own marketing and sales companies in the UK and US. PPG founder, Patton was awarded #1 position for the Carolinas region for first year of business and #3 worldwide in the same category for Keller Williams who employ over 75,000 agents. She has over 20 years' experience in buying and selling real estate in the UK and in the US in Washington DC, CA, FL and NC. She also has first-hand experience in:

Rowena has many years of business experience forming marketing and public relations companies in the UK and an international consulting firm that worked with boards of major corporations in the US, UK and Switzerland, primarily in the area of spinning off start up entrepreneurial companies.

Rowena is Broker-in-Charge of the new Black Mountain Keller Williams Office, as well as working from the Asheville main market center.

Christi works all over the mountain areas as well as specializing in Asheville and East - Haw Creek, Beverly Hills, Fairview, Swannanoa, Black Mountain. Broker Christi Hanley started her real estate career early working in the family title business in Tennessee. Her aptitude for stellar customer service drew her towards building her expertise in property searches for customers and closing property transactions.  After residing in Tennessee for 30 years, she moved with her family to Asheville, NC.  She worked for an attorney in town as a closing transaction coordinator where she learned first hand about the real estate laws in North Carolina.  Christi decided to use her knowledge to obtain her real estate license and has worked extensively in the Asheville and greater Asheville areas since.  As a buyer’s agent, Christi caters to each client based on their specific needs to assist them in finding what fits them best!  As an active team member in Patton Property Group, you will find her knowledge on the area and all that it has to offer beneficial and an overall seamless experience! Christi has continued her Real Estate Education by obtaining her Accredited Buyer Representative designation. Katharina grew up in Berlin, Germany and moved to the US in 1997. She has since lived in Fort Myers, Florida, and relocated to the Asheville area some years ago. She has a Business Degree from the University of Nuremberg. Katharina, her husband and her 2 boys have enjoyed every minute of their life in Western NC, and enjoy the family activities and family atmosphere that is prevalent in the mountains.
