I am writing to express my appreciation of your agent, Rowena Patton, who listed and has sold my house in Asheville. I had already moved back to Austin, where I had multiple eye surgeries scheduled, and Ro took over completely the huge chore of readying my home for the market, making smart decisions about what repairs, paint, and improvements should be made and which ones we could leave as is.
